Concertmaster Burcu Ramazanoğlu

Burcu was born in Ankara, Turkey. At the age of 7 she started to study the violin at the faculty of music and performing arts at Bilkent University, where she also completed her bachelor’s degree in 2016.
During her musical education she played with Ferhat Gülmamedov, Rafig Zamanov, Elena Rihsiyeva and Nil Cetiz. In 2014 she followed an Erasmus program in Vigo, Spain. In June 2018 she completed her master’s degree at Codarts in Rotterdam.

Since 2007, Burcu has been a member of various youth and professional orchestras with which she has visited various countries: Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Greece, America, Turkey. She was previously concertmaster of the Castellon Festival in Spain and the Turkish Union Youth Orchestra, and is now with Valerius and with the Bataafs Symphonic Orchestra (The Hague).
